Driveway Fun

The Harrison girls are having lots of fun these days in the driveway. We are still waiting for our deck to be built so I have to put the kiddie pool in the driveway at the moment. The girls have a great time getting in and out, but the mulch floating in the pool drives the mama crazy!


Here is the car that we picked up for free on the side of my parent's road. Their neighbor was giving it away so we grabbed it. We tried to put it in the trunk but it fell out of course. Papa had to rescue Matt as he tried to push it up their dirt mountain road!

Happy Father's Day Matt!!

We had a wonderful day yesterday celebrating Father's Day. The day started off with going to Mass, coming home to fresh bread for breakfast (along with some yummy homemade hashbrowns), playing with the girls, and we went out to dinner at the Backroom. Sarah painted a beautiful mug for daddy and also drew a picture of him! Madeleine and I made him a card.

Thanks for being such a great daddy!

18 1/2 months

Madeleine Update: After 18 1/2 months of nursing...she is done! I am happy and sad at the same time. She has moved onto being a milkaholic! Her favorite words right now are: why? and no! Here are some pics from the last few days.....

Sarah, Garmi, and I headed to Manchester this morning for Mia's graduation. We had a great time. Mia is the one with the big pink bow on her head!

I wanted to show everyone the difference between how a mommy and a daddy do breakfast. Mommies use trays and bibs. Daddies put the cheerios in the holes of the high chair and let the little girls put their feet up.

Lavoie's Farm Strawberry Picking

The Harrisons headed to Lavoie's Farm this morning for some strawberry picking fun. We picked 26 pounds!!!! Daddy took care of the girls while mommy did most of the picking (daddy did contribute a few...). =) Madeleine was covered in strawberry juice by the time we were done. We had a great time.
